5 /5 Bethany Johnson: I became a member 14-15 years ago when they were Parkside Credit Union and now True Community Credit Union. I have always received great customer service, the staff is always very friendly and helpful with any and everything. I have never had a negative experience and have always been very happy with them. I highly recommend becoming a member.

2 /5 Kirstin Kneip: I came in to update my last name due to divorce. I had a certificated copy of divorce decree, updated sscard, temp mi driver license. I was told by 2 tellers on 7.14.2025 that is all I would need. However convenient a new policy went into effect on 7.11.2025 that a physical copy of an updated ID is now needed. I was not told this on 7.11.2025. VERY UNHAPPY!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I had multiple documents stating new name and was even offered to speak with manager. I will be removing my money and would like a branch manager to call me asap.
