1 /5 Carla Oconnell: My husband requested a distribution from an Ira at this company in Sept 2018 and was told for 2 months that the check was in the mail. During this the time the account lost $5,000 in value. It was explained that this distribution was needed for a closing. The President John Gingras was cordial and apologetic (Dec 2018) but his assistant Rebecca Hill and another employee Lorri Yusten were both dismissive and defensive.
In the day when a wire can be quickly completed (as suggested by the President); but discourage by Laura ,this it is not only unprofessional but border line criminal. I have worked for Finance companies for over 20 years and know the importance of courteous customer service. you decide!!
