1 /5 Drew LH: What happens to a check that I wrote on a different bank to my mothers nursing home that citizens cashed the check had been altered to show it written out to someone named Jonathan Brady... on the back are numbers that may be an account # 0910235030. How can a bank not know a check had been altered? It doesnt look like the original at all.

1 /5 Jaysun Barr: Been banking at this location for 10+ years and always noticed high turnover, however the “core” team was in place and did a fantastic job. Personal banking was always made pleasant with excellent service especially in respect to banking errors and when they did were always looked at from customer perspective and adjusted if not a blatant overdraft. Well suddenly I’m getting charged $2 a month for statements + online banking app changed causing me some confusion paying out of the wrong account - i was charged $70 even though i caught the error and made a prompt transfer.. I called for assistance requesting refund of the $70 and was basically told by newer unfamiliar staff whatever was done in the past is the past and it was my mistake and gonna cost me... NOPE it’s going to cost you Citizens as there are many options time to go. Who wants to do biz with a bank so desperate relying on gouging loyal customers for petty charges. Not this guy...

1 /5 Brandi Pratt: DO NOT trust your money with this bank! The employees at this individual bank have been great but citizens bank as a whole is awful including their incompetent customer service. You’re balance shown after your pending charges will not be you’re actual balance. They will somehow make it so you are a few dollars off and overdraft you. Customer service has no answers for you and just goes in circles with no clear information except that your pending charges should reflect what your actual balance is and try to gaslight you just so they can continuously steal money from you each time.

2 /5 Aimee Dunn: Havent had many issues while banking here but lately things seem like theyre going downhill. Not specifically this branch, the company as a whole. Banking hours only til 4pm...seriously? Most banks are open until atleast 5pm. Thats why its called "banking" hours. But I guess were supposed to just do everything digitally. Very disappointed in this company. Been a client for almost 10 years, but will be taking my money elsewhere.
