1 /5 Jazmine Washington: Sadly, on Monday April 29th, 2022 I will informed on why this business has such low ratings as it does, I stopped by for a replacement card before I went shopping in the plaza! I walked in and the first staff member on far right, (asian girl, tall, kind) she stared at me and was ruded once I walked up to her for service. Immediately, I could see what kind of experience this was going to be for the banking. She ignored me and that let me know right there that she one works with races/people she is comfortable with; which is terrible customer service to begin with. To neutralize the cringe and conflict in the air, the manger softly speaks and said she can help me to the other side.
When I tell you within 15 minutes the woman had an rude tone, condescending evil eye contact; and patronized me like a African American toddler who have never been inside a banking institute, I gladly and calmed exited and prayed to myself. She contested! She pleads that she was actually being nice to me, I said really? … she told me to leave and I said you’re really not going to help me?, she says she’s the manger like she’s in some 2010’ romcom and not like she’s replaceable, and I gasped. How can you be trained in customer service if you yourself as manager if losing your self control, ego and temper within less than five minutes of handling a customer? Doing something simple as a card replacement?
That just shows you that is something deeper under the surface and my other reviews can paint the picture in great detail as well. Shame on you.
