1 /5 Jerome Poole: I had a rude experience from the store manager named Tanya and Stacy on Michigan in the city of Wayne how they are employed with one main I dont understand for they were totally unprofessional rude and downright ignorant I put in a complaint I called several times and never got an answer I left a voicemail stating someone would turn my call they never did I did find out Tina was the district manager but she was on vacation its sad that you have employees representing your company in this manner

1 /5 Traci Delaney: If I could give this company less than one star I definitely would. I initially was told I was able to get up to a $15,000 secured loan. They told me I could use one of my Vans that I have I went to the storage location where I keep it took pictures took everything required of me then they said I needed full coverage insurance on it so I called my insurance agent paid for full coverage insurance sent them all information then they turned around and said oh wait a minute thats considered a commercial vehicle we cant use that after all so then begin the ungodly game of going through all my titles and Im telling me okay we can give you this amount for this vehicle blah blah blah. The last I had heard on Friday I was eligible for a $9,100 loan they just called me and said oh now youre going to need a co-signer because weve decided that the rental income on your tax return shows as a zero because of all the deductions blah blah blah. Im like yeah no thank you every time I spoke with somebody at their company I had a different story given to me, a different amount of money a different percentage rate. It was ridiculous! This company is a total waste of time. Either they need to do for their training with their employees so that the consumer isnt told 50 million different things and basically made to chase their own tail, trying to get a loan, or theyre just full of s***!

1 /5 Meg: Applied for a loan and it said I was approved. Set up a follow up call time. No one called me. Then they called me the next day in the middle of my work day, I asked them to call me at 4. They said yes..no one called me back. Ive called back twice and couldnt get anyone on the phone. Its been a week of back and forth. I wish they had an online process to move the loan forward because this back and forth is ridiculous.

1 /5 Micha Drainer: I had a very rude experience when finalizing my loan. I dont remember if the girl said she was new or if she was just having a bad day and thats why she was losing her attitude with me? Then I learned because I do not recall hearing or being told, my APR percent on my loan was 35.99%! Way too high! Thank God I just paid it off , although the payoff amount was higher than what I was told 8mnts ago! I feel completely ripped off and will not be doing business with them ever again!!
