1 /5 Shannon Marcera: Normally I have very positive things to say. However this company has taken a turn. This women was so short with me on the phone, even question me about my debt saying something is not adding up here listen if I didnt need the help I would not have called and if I wanted to be spoken down to, talked over or mistreated I would have called someone else. This is the WORST experience I have ever had... Thanks but no thanks if this is your company now I have no need for your help... Thanks but no thanks...... No longer a customer

1 /5 Sue VandeVoorde: Do yourself a favor and dont use Greenpath. This is my second experience with them and the first was great. The second and final, not so much. First of all, they sell your info. Since the very first day I signed up, I have gotten 3-6 calls a day from various numbers stating that I qualify or have been prequalified for a loan and my money is waiting. I have done everything I can think of to get them to stop and have filters on but I still get them. Second, dont change banks or ask to change your payment date. They will screw those up and take absolutely no accountability for it. I changed to a credit union and asked to change my payment date. The end result was three payments out of two accounts in three days and three NSF charges. Greenpath screwed up and wont even respond to my messages. They should be responsible for the NSF charges but all I get is crickets. DONT USE GREENPATH! You will be the one to get screwed in the end.

5 /5 Chelsea Johnson: Called today to see what my options were with some debt that I have accumulated and spoke with Scott. He was so kind, considerate and incredibly helpful. If he was an indicator of the company than they are a truly wonderful company and resource.

2 /5 K J: I had to take the seminar due to that I’m buying a home with a mortgage company. Well they didn’t tell me what I already know about how to pay and manage my bills. When I started explaining to the guy that was counseling me about one of my credit cards as to how hard it was to manage the website payments, apparently I was talking too much for him because he cut me off in a nice nasty way and said that our meeting was for only 45 mins to cover the material that he called me for and I should probably call IT for that “credit card” company since I was having issues with the website. He continued to review the rest of the scheduled material and but continued to ask me if I had questions but I refused to ask him of any since he made such a rude remark. I just continued to say that I’d rather not waste any time of me talking…
