1 /5 LaRita Gunns: I wouldn’t even give them one star but there wasn’t an option. Worst experience I ever had with a tax company. They’re literally a big scam. All of my refund was taken and they charged me $1000, other tax companies that I went said that amount to charge was ridiculous. They also put stuff on my taxes that I didn’t know nothing about. I never gave them the okay to do my taxes, they were supposed to call me back and never did. They used my information anyway without my consent because I never even signed off. Also be aware that they never answer the phone! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here unless they want to get scammed. I’m sick I didn’t read the reviews in the first place and ya’ll can tell that the good reviews they have are made up fake accounts so don’t be fooled.
