Lou Ann Ball This was my very first visit to Bank of America. I have done everything on line before. I had a large deposit to make and I had it all itemized, checks signed, cash counted, deposit slip made out. Every thing went smoothly, and quickly. I had one car in front of me. The teller was very polite. I gave her my driver license, and i expect this with a large deposit, and never being there. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Jose was polite, helpful and took the time to address my questions and provide me with clear answers.
