Steve Gussan Love this location very nice staff and they helped me out in every way they can my only problem is not in this location is with mortgage center they did not keep their promise Im having easy access to payments through the app and also not being able to check the payments through Zeal credit Union or knowing how much if it changed or when is it due or any other information that needed at the time it is very irritating every time I have to make the payment. I hope this problem gets resolved very soon

E E I have had an awesome experience with Peter S at Morgan Stanley, in Rochester, MI. He is a Financial Advisor but works in another capacity to support teams. In short my skill set is not finance and after almost 4 decades of marriage to someone that was skilled in money, I was a bit lost. Peter always answered my questions kindly and without judgement. He made the transition of my spouse handling all finances to my handling the finances easier. Amanda H, my Financial Advisor, also assisted in an important transaction that would have failed without her immediate assistances. I can pay all Charge Card bills in the Morgan Stanley website. I was Blessed by their help and education.

Matt Poniatowski I have been working with Bank Of America online chat and phone support to resolve an issue that was resulting in unnecessary and unwarranted account management fees for almost a year. They were unable to solve and it was incredible frustrating. I decided to go into the N Rochester Road branch and within minutes of speaking to Linda George and Iris Cifliku we had the problem solved. They were empathetic and took action right away.
