She also helped me lock in a great interest rate! I know this because I double-checked with other companies to be sure, and this was the real deal. She has a warm and caring personality and made the whole mortgage process an enjoyable experience.

1 /5 Alisa Andree: We have been working with HVF for over 16 months to close a mortgage loan (MISHDA mortgage). We are on our second mortgage loan officer who is no better than the first. Endless asking for documents and things expiring and needing to be resubmitted. PATHETIC. And they are blaming US!!!!!

1 /5 Jennifer Kinsman: I am completely disgusted with this lender. The buyer was "pre-approved", yet they repeatedly asked for more and more documents. After dragging it out for two months, they unqualified they buyer that was "pre-approved." I also found out that the mortgage information sat on someones desk for two weeks while the person was on vacation! This is unacceptable. It became a long, drawn out process that created more unnecessary stress. Beware! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
