Connor Waldo I generally have a really good experience. some of the stuff with community financial is a little bit odd in terms of their information systems, but I like the friendly and family oriented atmosphere. They are always helpful when it comes to getting a car loan as well. overall I think its good to have a credit union on your team and Im glad that I have community financial. I have been banking with them ever since I was 8. Thats over 20 years.

We found it refreshing when Steve did NOT talk down to us and explained fund options in easy to understand terminology and he made us feel comfortable. Anytime we call either he answers the phone or one of his assistance does. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. If Steve is unavailable at that time, he always responds quickly.
