1 /5 Pauline McClellan: Ive been going to this Flagstar Bank for five years using my Bank of America card to withdraw funds. But, today, the ATM kept my card and flashed across the screen that it was for security reasons and that I couldnt get it back. The worker was very rude and nasty to me. NO quality service. No help. No remedy. No compassion. In this age, there should be training to treat customers better than this because everyone is not like me.

1 /5 J. L. Jefferson: The manager at the Mid Town branch is incompetent. Her own staff said she can not do basic transactions. Then, they send her to the branch on Warren inside the grocery store This manager is unprofessional and incompetent!!
