Everybody I’ve dealt with has been pleasant and helpful. Jered helped us with our latest auto loans and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was quick with the process.

1 /5 T Pen: Horrible, horrible, horrible bank. Have had an account here for years. Filed a debit card dispute and then reached an agreement with vendor and cancelled the dispute with the bank. NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHERE MY 9k dollars went?!?!? Christine Griebe is rude, unhelpful, talks over you, doesn’t listen and won’t help me track where my 9k is. She lacks any and all customer service. Shame on you CFCU. Disgusting treatment by a bank. SMH

5 /5 Frankly M: I’ve had a great experience with Christian Financial. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with any questions I have. Their customer service feels more personal than what I’ve experienced at larger banks. Shoutout to a young lady who helped me during my last visit. She was patient, and friendly at my time there. I also appreciate the lower fees and competitive rates on loans and savings accounts. Their mobile app is easy to use, making it convenient to manage my finances on the go. Overall, I highly recommend this credit union to anyone looking for a more community-focused banking option.
