1 /5 Cindi Jones: Im sitting in the drive through. The bank opens at 9:00. I was here at 9:00. It is now 9:07. I have finally been acknowledged by a girl in a tank top with visible tattoos all over her shoulders and arms, that she will be with me soon. Really? Professionalism at its finest. It is now 9:10. Still no service. It is clearly time to change banks. Finally pulling out at 9:14.

Decided on Flagstar due to their reputation for being a hands on people oriented bank. Was very happy with Michael Daniels as my personal person at local office. I also Changed over my savings after talking with Mike.

2 /5 Eric V: The bank staff is nice. I like the offerings and the app. But if if work cant switch your direct deposit over fast enough and get paper checks. Including mine that keeps screwing things up. When you deposit your check. They give you a small advance and make you wait 6 to 9 days after cashed. Even though checks take 3 days to clear. I am now one to two paychecks behind for a month now. This is insane. They asked me who my employer is and my paycheck amount to build a profit for my security but still do this for this major national company I work for.

1 /5 Hanc Spartaku: I’ve had a frustrating experience with Flagstar Bank in 15 mile sterling heights. They made an error when depositing my check, putting in the wrong amount instead of what was actually written. On top of that, trying to make any changes to my account has been nothing but a hassle. The customer service has been unhelpful, and I’ve had to go through unnecessary obstacles just to get basic things corrected. I expected better accuracy and service from a bank, but this has been a huge inconvenience.
