Don Vandamme I wanted to open a new account to take advantage of a current CD special. I went to the St. Clair Shores Branch on Little Mack. I made an appointment for a Saturday. The Branch was busy which is to be expected on a Saturday. My wife and I were helped by Lisa. She was very professional, and she apologized for our wait time. She took her time with us and explained many things the credit union has to offer. Overall a very good experience, I am happy I made the choice to open an account.

Carol Thomas Everyone at OLV is personal yet extremely professional. All questions are answered quickly and thoroughly. When you meet with the advisor everything is explained in detail with electronic and paper backup. You are treated courteously and professionally.

Gail Trubow Larry Glanz has to be the kindest most generous broker doing business.
