I had been rejected by other lends as I had a low American credit score having been living and working in the U.K. for most of my adult life. My work was also in Canada. My case was complicated; British citizen with a foreign credit history, an American permanent resident living in the States but working in Canada. It was a hopeless case for any underwriter to approve but Wendy and DFCU gave me a chance when I was about to lose the home I had signed off to be built.
