Shanna Bryant This bank has TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve contacted this bank over 20 times within 2 months in an attempt to get a Lien released. Only to get transferred in literal circles. Unfortunately my loan was transferred to this bank. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do any type of business with this bank. They’re definitely not in compliance. The reps and mangers are not properly trained. They took my money and never release my lien to obtain the title to my vehicle.

Justin Lisa has been instrumental in helping guide my business and myself through these crazy times. Its clear they care about their customers, and Im confident I might the right choice leaving my previous (larger) bank. Live and learn.
