Charles was able to immediately start fixing things, get us new secure accounts and get our money back! He was very kind and helpful, my mom and I felt a lot better after visiting Arbor.

1 /5 George Nardone: Went in to settle my late fathers account and possibly open an estate account for him. They first told me that a personal representative ceases at death. I had to argue with them that not does it not cease at death, it only starts then. They also tried to get me to deposit checks into the existing account by singing his name and writing deceased on the check (not sure that is even legal). While professional, they were extremely hard to deal with and the person with the knowledge did not come over to help, they just kept having the "banker" go over to them and ask question after question. Ill open the estate account elsewhere with a bank I can trust.
