When I stepped into platinum auto sales, I was greeted by the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a dealership. The man who helped me I believe was the sales manager, his name is Yusef. I purchased a classic 87 Lincoln town car from him in great condition Via online and cellphone communication.I live out of state in Illinois. He Arranged a shipping Carrier to deliver to my house. With in less than 5 days the car was delivered. And when the carrier service increased the delivery price by $50, he covered the expense on his end. I am very happy with Platinum auto. 5 /5 Ryan Cadd: Great place to buy a car, Mike is awesome. No pressure or sales tactics, no gimmicks or tricks. They gave me a great deal on my 2011 Escape! It runs perfectly so far and was exactly what I was looking for. When I got to the dealership they had the car washed and tires shined for me, with Carfax already pulled up. I was impressed! & I wasnt interested in a warranty but they offered a great deal on one!

They were nice enough to make sure all fluids were topped off along with a new battery just in case. My first car buying experience from a dealer and it went amazing.
