I recently opened up a business checking account here and shortly after ran into a few road bumps along the way with the IRS and merchant services which led to much confusion and overwhelm on my part. Bonnie, Lisa, and Kathy were extremely helpful, kind, and patient with me- helping me understand the process and how to correct the issue. It’s rare to find people in the customer service industry who genuinely care about others in this way. I feel grateful that I came here for my banking services. 10/10 recommend them.
