I recently opened up a business checking account here and shortly after ran into a few road bumps along the way with the IRS and merchant services which led to much confusion and overwhelm on my part. Bonnie, Lisa, and Kathy were extremely helpful, kind, and patient with me- helping me understand the process and how to correct the issue. It’s rare to find people in the customer service industry who genuinely care about others in this way. I feel grateful that I came here for my banking services. 10/10 recommend them.

1 /5 Daveon DavyHeard: I Called a day ahead of time to inquire about Multiple Accounts both personal and business and had the accounts I needed. I appeared in person to open up said accounts the relationship banker and I spoke for well over an hour discussing these accounts what I would be doing with the accounts etc. I asked multiple times what I needed in order to open the accounts we spoke about me leaving my other bank switch my job deposits everything . I paid the opening deposit thinking I met all eligible requirements. After an hour or more speaking did anyone disclose a consumer report would be pulled in which my account eligibility would rely upon and this was done unknowingly. The terms were not explained clearly and over night my account had been closed they called and said they couldn’t keep the account open due to a derogatory on my consumer report. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!
