4 /5 jerry Nemeth: I am updating my review for several reasons. The manager of the Westland location called and apologized and I stopped into the Allen Park location to a much better experience. I’m in customer service and I always say we all have problems, it’s how we deal with them that makes a difference. I’m changing from a 1 to a 4 and will change that depending upon the future. Poor customer service! An appointment is required for basic questions. Prepare to take time off work if you have any issues. Cash deposits are also very outdated. You need to fill out a slip and put money in an envelope. Call the main number for answers and they just try and schedule an appointment. WHY??
