Zeal Credit Union Drive-Thru - Allen Park (MI)

4 /5 jerry Nemeth: I am updating my review for several reasons. The manager of the Westland location called and apologized and I stopped into the Allen Park location to a much better experience. I’m in customer service and I always say we all have problems, it’s how we deal with them that makes a difference. I’m changing from a 1 to a 4 and will change that depending upon the future. Poor customer service! An appointment is required for basic questions. Prepare to take time off work if you have any issues. Cash deposits are also very outdated. You need to fill out a slip and put money in an envelope. Call the main number for answers and they just try and schedule an appointment. WHY??

2 /5 Liz Wineka: The people are nice and helpful but please...post your holiday hours online! I checked your website and Facebook. I called the number (regardless of branch, I always got the main number) but could not find holiday hours. That’s a simple administrative fix. Also, you need to offer business banking. It would be convenient to have both accounts at 1 credit union. Another convenience would be to utilize the drive-through function at the Taylor branch. If that’s too costly, at least move the ATM so it’s a drive up.

3 /5 Deborah Miller: Drive through I have never experienced a problem! The girls are wonderful!!! ...However calling any branch is like waiting for it to rain gold down on the world! I literally nodded off after 45 min of waiting n woke up n looked at the minutes gone by it was 1 and a half hours!! That is unacceptable for any bank or institution!!! My prior bank I left because of the drive!! Perhaps I should go back considering I never waited no more than 5 min at least for a menu to ask for a call back number!!!!! SHAMEFUL!!!
