We found it refreshing when Steve did NOT talk down to us and explained fund options in easy to understand terminology and he made us feel comfortable. Anytime we call either he answers the phone or one of his assistance does. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. If Steve is unavailable at that time, he always responds quickly. Michelle Gregory This is the slowest bank Ive ever been to. Waiting in line 30 or more minutes when I come in. People have places to be. They handle the cars before people waiting half an hour in line. I had to leave 2 days in a row then come back. Smh still waiting in a long slow line

Tram Truong Bad service ever! They received my money to apply the medicaid but they didnt. They just promise and there is nothing. I need to call, send the message but no answer. The process took over 3 months and no result now.

Janna Flory Andy O was an absolute pleasure to work with. He partnered with me in finding out my goals for home buying and coached me through the entire process. Andy provided education on mortgage financing options and didnt pressure me to make any decisions I was not comfortable with.
