1 /5 Nathan Roberts: What happened to the 20+ ONE-STAR reviews that were on here 6 months ago?? I got scammed out of $900 by carlyle tax and had to argue with them for 3 months just to stop billing me. At that time they had about 20 one-star reviews, now somehow they have ZERO one-star reviews?? They are reporting and removing ANY negative review. Do not trust these people with your money!

5 /5 Christopher Rogiero: Carlyle Tax Advisors prepared my 2017 tax return and did an amazing job. Absolutely excellent customer service and very friendly atmosphere. They did a free review of my 2015 and 2016 tax returns and discovered errors on behalf of my previous tax preparer who missed a lot of deductions. Carlyle Tax got me an additional $2000 in refunds! I am so happy I chose them to do my taxes and I will be coming to them from now on. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a fair and reasonable fee (a lot less than anyone else in the area especially HR Block and Jackson Hewitt) to go to Carlyle Tax.

2 /5 Deborah Schmidt: I use to be extremely happy with Carlyle Tax Advisors & Associates when it first started in living room of his parents home. Then over the years the business grew. Lost its personal contact. This was my first year where I made an appointment to have taxes done and showed up with all my paperwork and all they did was take little more info. And said we will email me in about a week.. Well, I was told by receptionist prices would go up $100 yearly. Then I was told last year they charged incorrectly. It should have been more. Then in discussion was told they would stay under the price I was suppose to be charged last year. Agreed. I was also told I would receive email when done and price. I didn’t receive an email . Had a message left. Was charged significant amount more. Told him about our discussion and was told I wouldn’t have said that . So he split the difference. Made another trip to pick up taxes and will be going elsewhere next year. Very disappointed .
