I was 20 years old at the time, never done such a thing before, and was honestly scared of making such a big financial move. Since day one the staff at both Warren and Royal Oak locations have been extremely helpful through my journey. They looked out for me as if i was their own family member! John Lockheed My experience with Dylan Kruathofer was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, communication was poor — I constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates, and when I did get a response, it often left me more confused than before. There was little guidance through the process, and I never felt like my concerns were taken seriously. Getting a home loan is already stressful, and instead of making things easier, working with Dylan only added more frustration. I was left feeling unsupported and misled, and I would not recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth and professional mortgage experience.
