1 /5 Ann Nonymous: While signing the back of checks, my sunglasses accidentally fell into the trash opening in the table. I asked customer service for help. After waiting a long time, I looked into the managers office. What an incredibly rude and nasty look she gave me, wow! Eventually I got my sunglasses. There was a second pair of sunglasses that had fallen in there also. I told her she should get them and put them in the lost and found. She gave me another dirty scowl and said, no Ill leave them there. Just an unfriendly, nasty, rude woman who scowls at clients as if they are an interruption of her day. Ill never interface with her again.

1 /5 someGUYwithADHD: So I just posted a like 5 page rant about how much Dfcu has scammed me out of money and screwed me over, when Im literally poor and trying my VERY BEST to make payments. I deleted it out of fear that this credit union would sue me or make things worse. Just know that you can try to make a 50$ payment on your credit card, WHILE you currently have 650$ in your account.... And then 3 or 4 days later after youve paid your bills and bought food.... THEN they try to take it. THEN WHEN YOU DONT HAVE IT... $32 FEE from DFCU financial. AND A $25 FEE FROM DFCU/MASTERCARD. Because youre poor. HOW ON EARTH CAN 7-ELEVEN CHARGE ME INSTANTLY. But my credit union cant?! How can my credit union not look and see that its been four days and now I dont have the money to pay it?! And if you CAN see that ... Why would you still try to charge it? For the $57 in fees that you get to collect? And dont respond to this with your BS "sorry to hear that... Please call us and discuss the problem with us....". Because Ive already called YOU several times. No change. Zero. If you care that much.... Do the work and figure out my number.. and YOU call me! Im done with you!
