2 /5 V W: Used to be better but don’t give fees back and charge way to many for minor things. Won’t give them back. Have so many other options now with better banks that won’t even charge fees period like Chime and some that if it’s fixed within 24 hours they credit the fee back.

5 /5 Krystal Daugherty: Over 40 years as a member. The staff is awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Service is fast. Clean facility. They offer a secured area for ATM transactions and Notary. A+

3 /5 Lauren Teal: Updated 2024: Someone on their staff called me within 24 hours and helped me resolve things in relation to my late mothers possible account. They were very nice. I didnt care for them asking if I gave them a bad review though. It didnt feel as if they called because they cared,but more for me to fix the rating. Changed the rating, but I dont think thats the most sincere way to handle things. This occurred Summer 2024.

1 /5 Jay B: Ive written a review before but funny it isnt here now. I closed my account like a year ago because I signed up for membership, tried cancelling and they had no way to (not an uncommon scam) I called the bank describing everything about the payment/merchant. They had me come in and explain and I left with knowlege that everything was handled. I didnt use the accont much but checked one day to a $60 overdraft, the charge never even successfully went through because insufficient funds. They told me to come in. The manager wouldnt wave it, claiming I gave them the permission to charge me even though all I did to dispute and stop it. I paid it and closed my account.
