He explained everything thoroughly through each step and stayed in communication with me through the whole process. It only took a few weeks to close and everything went smoothly. Cindy Lalor I spoke to an escalation team concerning my accumulated interest and they were so rude. I purchase some furniture through bobs furniture and they never told me that I was on a promotion period. I started paying more than I should to avoid the interest and they started using my payment to put towards another purchase before the 1st payment was completed. Then told me a bold lie and said I owe 520 dollars towards the first payment however it was only 300 dollars I owed. I ask to pay that amount to remove the 366 dollars interest they agreed and told me to pay it by nov 17th however they send me out the letter on the 26th of nov and the date they gave me to pay it off already passed. They told me they couldn’t help me and basically called me a liar. They keep adding interest even though I’m paying the amount due each month I need corporate to intervene, I need someone above the escalation team they are rude !

Megan Lyonnais I went in to have a document notarized and the manager, Kelly Day was able to get me right in and notarize the documents with both the seal and stamp (my documents needed both) quickly and efficiently. I had my children with me and Kelly gave them sunglasses and lollipops, they still love to wear their sunglasses from Ms Kelly! Not only did Kelly take her time to actually talk and get to know us, but so did her staff! Everyone made us feel so welcome and like we were family.
