Debra I recently purchased a home. My representative Br. Talha was clear and concise with his instructions, and walked me through each step. He advised upfront on the requirements, what to expect and pushed for closing on our desired date. The customer service if the institution was excellent!!

Megan Lyonnais I went in to have a document notarized and the manager, Kelly Day was able to get me right in and notarize the documents with both the seal and stamp (my documents needed both) quickly and efficiently. I had my children with me and Kelly gave them sunglasses and lollipops, they still love to wear their sunglasses from Ms Kelly! Not only did Kelly take her time to actually talk and get to know us, but so did her staff! Everyone made us feel so welcome and like we were family.

Christina Fuhrmann I have had mixed experiences so far. I had to call both the dealership and them a few times just to be able to start payments on my car. Good thing I did, because the payment was due in a matter of days by the time I figured out how to get into my account. Had I waited for them to contact me, I would have been late on my payment. However, the person I spoke with was extremely polite and pleasant and the website is working great now. Very easy to use.
