1 /5 Renee Mackenzie: The banking customer service is horrible. Don’t leave your wallet or cash out of sight because they will steal your money right out of your wallet and cancel cards they activate. They lied about branch locations out of state.

1 /5 Nickol Best: Notice how all the good ratings are from years ago? The bank itself is not bad but the staff is horrible. This location is half a mile from my house but I will go all the way to the Sterling Heights location just to not have to deal with these dreadful people. And the worst part about it is the branch manager sits there and allows it.

5 /5 Mark Haygen: Ive been banking personal and business here for 15 years. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to everyone. Im writing this after reading the low rated reviews, I cant even imagine any one of the bankers treating people the way the reviews mention. I dont believe they are true at all. Most people who leave reviews that are this negative are probably trying to do banking or expecting some special treatment outside of normal banking processes.

1 /5 Just A Customer: This branch needs serious education on the First Amendment. It’s deeply concerning that staff at this location do not understand—or respect—the public’s constitutional right to record in public spaces, including sidewalks. Even more troubling is that they involved law enforcement, putting an innocent people at risk, simply for exercising a protected right. Sadly, not even the responding officers seemed properly informed about these basic civil liberties. Its unacceptable for a public-facing institution to act this way. Very disappointing and dangerous behavior.
