Charles Schwab - Troy (MI)

1 /5 Bob Suminski: We need a couple of items regarding our IRAs addressed and need to speak to a consultant, Jacqueline Tran. We called her directly and left a VM, emailed her directly, called the branch number and no one answered and left a message and sent a message from the branch messenger on the web site and no one will respond. Has the Troy branch closed down? It is irresponsible and disrespectful to your customers to ignore them. We have had four different consultants in the past two years because consultants dont stick around which should have been a clue for us to move on. We are seriously considering moving our funds elsewhere where well get more respect after years of loyalty to Schwab.

1 /5 Nate Garland: Id give ZERO stars if I could. Dont waste your time with these clowns and MOVE your money ASAP. We are moving all of our personal and business 401k accounts ASAP. I dont trust them with our info and the login credentials. This has to be the worst company out there!

1 /5 Patrick Falle: The Worst. Literally Been trying to open my accounts for four months. The branch representative tells me he cant do anything and to call support. And then support NEVER calls back. I cant overstate how horrible Schwab has been to work with. Any business you try to give money to that refuses to call you back is a business you should avoid. Ill repeat THE WORST

1 /5 Quiana Long-McCrory: Extremely terrible customer service!!! Very nonchalant, no real acknowledgement then leave you standing at the front counter. Once you question about still being at the front counter they then place you conference room and leave. It is not alright for you take my information into an office and then place me in a conference room. I came into the branch because I wanted assistance. If someone is bringing their money to your business they should be able to at least have good customer service and feel welcomed. I would NOT recommend this branch to no one. The person working at the front needs people skills. I really wish I could give zero stars.

1 /5 Cortny Rector: Very dissatisfied with the customer service of this location. It was very surprising how rude both secretaries were because the people we have interacted with at Charles Schwab for the years we have had accounts here have been great. It felt like we were inconveniencing them and when we asked to speak to a retirement advisor one of the secretaries said she “didn’t know their schedules, probably can’t talk to anyone today.” She told us to just go online or call the 1-800 number. We were considering moving all of our retirement to Schwab but now we are reconsidering.
