OUR Credit Union - Warren

Jackie Kay I came to Our Credit Union back in 2020 and opened up a savings account. I then proceeded to purchase a car and took out a loan with them. Best experience! I was 20 years old at the time, never done such a thing before, and was honestly scared of making such a big financial move. Since day one the staff at both Warren and Royal Oak locations have been extremely helpful through my journey. They looked out for me as if i was their own family member! I got AMAZING rates with them and last month I just made my last payment on my car! (Yay!) I will continue recommend this credit union to everyone I know.

Wells Fargo Advisors - Farmington Hills

Cindy Lalor I spoke to an escalation team concerning my accumulated interest and they were so rude. I purchase some furniture through bobs furniture and they never told me that I was on a promotion period. I started paying more than I should to avoid the interest and they started using my payment to put towards another purchase before the 1st payment was completed. Then told me a bold lie and said I owe 520 dollars towards the first payment however it was only 300 dollars I owed. I ask to pay that amount to remove the 366 dollars interest they agreed and told me to pay it by nov 17th however they send me out the letter on the 26th of nov and the date they gave me to pay it off already passed. They told me they couldn’t help me and basically called me a liar. They keep adding interest even though I’m paying the amount due each month I need corporate to intervene, I need someone above the escalation team they are rude !

DFCU Financial - Dearborn

Catherine Biondi When my credit card account was hacked, DFCU contacted me by phone and email. When I connected with them, the representative was very professional, explaining what had happened and what could be done about it. Long story short, my account was closed and I received a new card in the mail within three days. I’ve been a DFCU customer for over 30 years, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences in all that time. These people are a 10 out of 10.
