Zales - Houma (LA)

1 /5 Brianna Autin: Save yourself the heartache and go to Ramseys in Metairie. Zales has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. After four failed repairs to my ring, the ring is still not correct and the store refuses to take any accountability for the fact that they have ruined this ring. Not only did they NEVER correctly fix the ring, they failed to properly plate my ring and simply applied antiquing. After the store refused to correctly fix or fully replace the same ring (despite having purchased a lifetime warranty) after only a few weeks of wear the ring looks absolutely awful and the antiquing (that is supposed to be plating) is rubbing off of the entire ring. We will never be back to Zales or any of their sister locations.
