Anthony Incredible service from the team at Gold N Creations. Becky was so thoughtful and considerate regarding the various repairs I needed. I dont just wear my jewelry out... I WEAR IT OUT. I was well prepared to pay more and wait longer for my repairs but I didnt have to. The price was extremely fair and they called me the next day to tell me everything was ready for pick up. To anyone who may be reading this and apprehensive about trusting their jewelry, trust me, you could not be in better hands. These ladies are phenomenal

They fixed my phone that was in pieces IPHONE 11 fixed right and recommended the case I needed and I got a free tempered glass put on for Free The Aurum Place is where to go y’all . thomas Iznogoud Came in out of curiosity. Went out with a golden watchband. The sales team was discret and always available for questions. They sized the band straight after sales free of charge. The diversity of jewelry is nice. Price are a bit expensive but you got some solid gold.

Blake Dean Outstanding customer service and care. I went to 2 different watch repair buisness’s for a very simple service, the hand of my watch fell off the watch because I dropped it. I have a vintage omega that runs beautifully and I simply wanted the hand put back on, the prior shops said I need to replace part xyz and wouldn’t put on the hand(very simple) unless I fully restored it and pay an unholy amount of $. Keep in mind the watch ran great before the drop and still does. I came to Micheal’s and explained the situation, they took my watch to the back and in quite literally less than 5 minutes put on the hand free of charge because the job was simple & the other shops tried screwing me over. It was an incredible gesture and I will now give my business to Micheal’s, I’m not promoting that their services are free but I’m simply stating the customer service and care is excellent. I did not anticipate a free service and In fact I tried paying the shop but they refused. I will be purchasing jewelry exclusively from here now because Micheal’s care about serving there customers.
