Marsha Hope I brought a favorite and sentimental bracelet in that the clasp was not working for me. I had almost lost it several times as my hands were not strong enough to secure the type clasp it had come with. I went to the Magazine store and Renee was assisting my. At first she mentioned she did not think a different type clasp would be able to be done as it would change the design. She saw my disappointment as I had hoped bringing it back to the original designer. Renee then offered to send to the main designed location. It was determined that they would in fact be able to put a more secure clasp for me!! Im so happy that I will be able to wear my favorite bracelet again without fear of loosing it. Erika Semmes I took my wedding bands here to be cleaned and repaired and I’m so incredibly happy with the results! They look brand new. I was really nervous to leave my rings but Tim is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He also resized two other rings of mine in under 24 hours and did an excellent job! I will definitely take any jewelry I need cleaned or repaired here in the future as Tim is speedy, very reasonably priced, and does great work! :)
