When I arrived, I did not expect the ambiance and welcoming treatment that I received. It was a first class experience. Fast forward two weeks later, my jewelry repair was flawless. Blake Dean Outstanding customer service and care. I went to 2 different watch repair buisness’s for a very simple service, the hand of my watch fell off the watch because I dropped it. I have a vintage omega that runs beautifully and I simply wanted the hand put back on, the prior shops said I need to replace part xyz and wouldn’t put on the hand(very simple) unless I fully restored it and pay an unholy amount of $. Keep in mind the watch ran great before the drop and still does. I came to Micheal’s and explained the situation, they took my watch to the back and in quite literally less than 5 minutes put on the hand free of charge because the job was simple & the other shops tried screwing me over. It was an incredible gesture and I will now give my business to Micheal’s, I’m not promoting that their services are free but I’m simply stating the customer service and care is excellent. I did not anticipate a free service and In fact I tried paying the shop but they refused. I will be purchasing jewelry exclusively from here now because Micheal’s care about serving there customers. Mariah Young I been going here for years, they have never disappointed me. Any vision i had in mind they made it come true. They don’t mind working with you to make your dreams come true. They are very nice people despite people coming in and trying to get over on them.

Jeff Honea This is a very rural rock shop that is not easy finding. Owners are friendly and have a large selection of rocks for this area. You would have to make a trip out of the area to find better. I suggest you contact the owners before shopping as this is not a store. Plan to spend time as there is much to see.

Gordon Hutchinson I have dealt with Odyssey Jewelers for all my jewelry needs for decades. They are a small, family owned store. The selection in-store is not like the big boxes, but they are artisans, and can create and design anything you like--and their prices are always more than fair--they try to please their customers. I have had numerous custom pieces designed and created by them after consultation, and the pieces have always been beautiful. If you are looking for an excellent price on a stone, recrafting an old piece, or simply shopping for that special piece for that special someone, you owe it to yourself to drop in this small, family-oriented jewelry store. They have a gemologist on staff, and can make fair appraisals on almost any jewelry you can bring in.

bobbi grabert I had such a great experience at Lucky’s Jewelers! The process of picking out my ring was smooth and enjoyable, with friendly and helpful service every step of the way. It was better than I could have imagined. I went back today to have it resized, and Mr. Spencer was absolutely terrific—he got it done the same day and cleaned it brand new! I really appreciate the excellent customer service and care. Highly recommend!
