Mona Kelley State Farm has been our insurance provider since 1980, they have always been fair with us thru 4 hurricanes and responded swiftly and professionally. We were customers of “ coach Enos “ and followed Deann to her new home with Jim Mitchell and now Christine Bailey, this girl is awesome, ALWAYS taking or returning our calls in a timely manner, even after hours ( I’m talking 8 pm. ) to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied, time and space doesn’t permit me to do this lady justice, she’s fantastic and as long as she’s in the business we will be with her. Zay Not only does this company have good insurance, their customer service is phenomenal. I had the honor of having Sehiry Nisby help me renew my car insurance and she got me a good deal. She was very helpful and had excellent customer support skills. We laughed and talked while doing the process and it was a very pleasant experience. Not often do you find a company with this well of a customer service. Hands down 10/10 would do it again.
