I spoke with Sara, she was kind and respectful with me in the phone. She gave me the details of the bill that was placed for collection. I was able to pay the bill over the phone, she promised I would have 2 letters emailed to me within 2 days showing that the collection was paid and a letter showing it would be deleted from my credit report. She told me it would take 30-45 days to come off my report. She made good on her promises....I had the emailed letters in 2 days and in only 2 weeks this collection was removed from my credit report. I could not be happier!
