2 /5 Sharon Jackson: BEWARE! I noticed a suspicious transaction on my account and I called to ask questions. I was told that I had made the transaction. That was a lie! I was told that they would investigate it and call me back. Needless to say, I never got the call back. I logged into my online banking only to find out that the error was corrected. The Teller “accidentally” gave someone five hundred dollars from my account. No apologies or anything.
And let’s not get into their lazy mortgage loan officer. I’ve never in my life seen anything like it. A six month long back and forward game. They constantly ask for the same documents (more than three times). And blames Covid for their lack of work and being behind. (Excuses for laziness)
I am unimpressed and looking to transition elsewhere. In my opinion, Richland was a better operating Bank.
