1 /5 Murad Alkhattab: The worst Bank ever, no customer service what so ever, I do not recommend this bank to anybody. They All liars, The manager "Mike" Stays on Lunch all day, on the other hand Judy in the load department will hang up the phone on your face if you have an issue or complaining. The Bank Doesnt cover Business Account with $35 and will Return the Charge and mess up your business. I been in business for over 10 years and this is the first time I hear that the bank wont cover you for $300 even if you deposit over $50 K a month. Employees have no respect for people, lack of experience, and horrible customer service. If you have a problem do not bother calling because you will stay on the phone for more than four hours trying to get some help, but at the end you wont get any help and you wont solve the issue you were calling about. This is the way MBL "Morons Bank" treat their loyal customer.
