1 /5 MeKayl Johnson: I walked into the Capital One on Main Street and I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me, no were not busy. There maybe was three customers in there and nobody was assisting us. The lady finally saw us and pointed us to a cashier she was very rude and not helpful. If Im going to bank anywhere I want them to be helpful and nice because Im giving them my money. I advise anybody that wants to bank at Castle Inn on Main Street dont. Their customer service needs work.
