She showed the sellers that it would be cheaper and easier to stay in an Airbnb while searching for their new home rather than stay in the home they were selling us and rent back (possibly indefinitely), which is not an option we felt comfortable agreeing to. In addition, Sherry was very knowledgeable and informative about the whole process and willing to explain everything to us so that we always understood what was going on and what was coming up next in the process.
