It was better than I could have imagined. I went back today to have it resized, and Mr. Spencer was absolutely terrific—he got it done the same day and cleaned it brand new! I really appreciate the excellent customer service and care. Highly recommend!

She has since purchased jewelry from them as well. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The friendliness and helpfulness was so much more than I expected. I needed a chain altered to put on a pendant. They not only did it but recommended I weld the jump rings to make the chain stronger. This is superior customer service.
