It has been such a wonderful experience working with her for my insurance needs. I have had many a phone conversation with her about insurance and my options, especially when it comes to home owners insurance, which is a nightmare here in Louisiana, and also during hurricane season. But, I can always count on Leigh Ann to be honest and forthcoming, which I appreciate very much. She always calls me back, and does exactly what she says she is going to do, and she will always make it personal by telling you what her experience is and what how she and her family handles it. This is very important to me because it gives me trust and perspective as to how she runs her business and what really maters to her. So, I wholeheartedly recommend her for services, its been a great 6 years so far and I plan to continue working with her in the future.

5 /5 Healthy Options: Skye returned my call for a H O policy in the evening after getting nowhere with other agents all day. Sky not only wrote the policy but saved us hundreds per year. She was professional and a delight to do business with. We will be moving other policies to Leigh Ann. Update: 7-17-2025 Skye has been so accommodating and continues to get us more and better coverage. She has now written all of our insurance from homeowners, auto and now rental property as well. Thanks for restoring my faith in insurance agencies in Louisiana with your knowledge, efficiency and for making it all so easy.

I’ve been a State Farm customer across the United States for decades, but I sold my car and had to cancel the policy. She answered many of my questions, made the whole process very simple, and gave me really good advice about possible coverage for my other needs. I appreciated her old-fashioned, good customer service and warm friendly manner.
