Micah always makes himself available to clients at all hours, for all questions or concerns, big or small. No question is too little or too involved for him to address directly in a timely manner. He is always upfront and honest about any changes that may affect a policy, and he offers alternative solutions on a case by case basis.

It was difficult to get a straight answer to our questions and we learned the hard way that we could not trust the information we were being given. On multiple occasions, Micah mentioned having too many other clients to justify his slow response times. Needs to work on professionalism.
