1 /5 Kate Maddox: Kelly Lee called me January of 2024 to tell me that my home insurance rate was going up to almost double, I asked the agent to find me a better rate, she couldn’t but I found a better rate with USAA, told her I wanted to cancel because I was switching to USAA because she couldn’t beat their rate. They never canceled the policy, so I paid double insurance on my home til they called for the renewal, I told them I had canceled months ago. They said the agent never canceled. They still have not refunded me.

Many other companies try to get my business but why leave a great company for a company that may or may not live up to the great service I recieve from Kelly Lee Insurance! I have a few different policies with Kelly Lee Insurance and they are always responsive and professional no matter the situation or need. I highly recommend Kelly Lee Insurance based on over a decade of being treated like a person and not just a number.
