Jean Bazer I have been with this company for almost 30 years. Philip Bankston took care of me after much damage from Hurricane Katrina. He always gave me the benefit of the doubt. We were in a terrible wreck and he and Brandon again took care of us, paying in full for our totaled car. Brandon has been our ‘go to’ person. K. J. Got in a car accident, someone hit me from behind, so my SUV had to be put in the shop and the company refused to give me a rental that was best for me which wouldve been another SUV. I feel like I shouldve been able to get a SUV because thats what I currently drive, and I drive a SUV for a reason, and to top it all off, Im a progressive customer as well as the person who hit me. This company does not care about their customers best interest. Theyre so nice and helpful when theyre giving you a quote but get in an accident and see just how helpful they are.
