Anytime I’ve had to use my policy, it’s been a breeze. From having my car towed after hydroplaning on I-49 to the sad ordeal of losing a vehicle, they’ve performed beyond my expectations. You can feel safe on the road with your vehicle in their hands. Jim Pledger’s State Farm delivers prompt service, no run-around, personable office staff, and agents who are willing to go the extra mile. I’d never dream of taking my business elsewhere!

5 /5 Joseph Dyson: There was a financial issue while I was deployed overseas and due to said issue, my insurance was void due to no payment and a flag was put on my driver’s license by the dmv. Upon discovery, my mother called and was helped tremendously by Mr. Frank who called the dmv on our behalf to get directions on how to correct the problem. If it wasn’t for Mr. Frank as well as the other faculty, I wouldn’t have been able to drive upon my return home. The issue was resolved before my boots hit American soil and for that, I’m eternally grateful for both Mr. Frank and the Jim Pledger State Farm office.
