1 /5 Roshunda Marshall: If I could give 0 stars I would. Amy Blunt was rude and hung up on me because she didn’t fully explain how my homeowners insurance should be cancelled. I spoke with Amy 7/24 to cancel my policy she assured me it would be canceled 7/24. On 8/12 I noticed I have a bill for homeowners insurance. I spoke with Amy and I was told it wouldn’t have made a difference if she canceled it in July or today she would still need paperwork, which is fine. My question was why wasn’t I told this in July. She hung up on me and said she’s not going to argue. Please don’t do business with this office.
