R Horrible I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Jay Roc We are always able talk to Scott directly when needed. He helped us tremendously when dealing with our claim after the hurricane. I’ve heard horror stories from other people dealing with hurricane insurance claims, but Allstate took care of us and Scott did a wonderful job. We truly were in good hand and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Patrick Williams I appreciated every moment cause that young man was very professional and respectful. Please give him a raise. He even calls back real quick also. Thanks for hiring him. I know the the rest of your team are just as sufficient

Nely Marcantel I dont understand the bad reviews at all. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. After being totally screwed over by State Farm and Go Auto I called Farm Bureau. I had the pleasure of talking with Mr. Darren Theriot. He is a helluva good guy. I needed insurance on my pickup right away. Mr. Darren said "not a problem" and went to work. I sent him what he needed and less than 30 minutes later I had full coverage insurance on my truck for $136 a month. I was at work and in Texas at the time so everything was done over the phone. He sent proof of coverage to my phone and told me I was good to go and that Id get my insurance card when I went in and signed everything. I was able to go by there a couple days later and sign everything. While the receptionist was showing me where to sign Mr. Darren took a minute to walk out to the lobby, shake my hand, and thanked me for choosing Farm Bureau. Him doing that told me all I needed to know about Farm Bureau. I highly recommend them to anyone needing car insurance.

Chris Schmidt It’s nice to be able to contact the agent himself on the weekends when the office is off. He has a great team of office personal and I always feel like I am treated like family wether it’s dropping off a payment or them helping with a claim. Thanks to the Buckwalter team !!!
