1 /5 L. M.: STOP! Take it from me, DONT buy your auto insurance from GoAuto Insurance. Accident claims are not handled with understanding and the customer service is piss poor! Its been greater than a week and I have yet to hear from an adjuster - this person does not answer calls, does not return calls, does not reply to emails, nothing. Unnecessarily wasting time, meanwhile Im out of a vehicle. The only thing I know is the adjuster name is J. Joseph. The worst! Nobody cares - claims dept. Customer Service is horrible, too, and thus surpasses my understanding. Do Not purchase your policy from GoAuto, save yourself the time and money.

1 /5 Nakell Butler: The black lady in there always has an attitude I REFUSE TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER DOLLAR! She talk to people so bad it’s a shame and the bosses don’t do anything to correct her behavior, it’s sad! I asked for cooperate’s number but they gave me a fake number!
